Summary
The purpose of this bill is to abolish the West Virginia Diesel Equipment Commission; transfer all power duties and appropriations of the commission to the Director of the office of Miners’ Health, Safety and Training; establish legislative rule- making authority of the director; and provide that approvals of equipment and rules previously approved by the commission continue in full force and effect.
