Summary
The purpose of this bill is to allow a county board of education to enter into a lease-purchase agreement for land, buildings and capital improvements and to allow the School Building Authority to provide one-time grants to a county board of education for these same purposes. §18-5-9c is new; therefore, it has been completely underscored.
