The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill on page two, section twenty-b, line twelve, by striking out the words "conduct trainings" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "offer and conduct training";
On page two, section twenty-b, by striking out all of subsection (c) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection (c), to read as follows:
(c) The Division of Emergency Management may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of §9A-3-1 et seq. of this code as necessary to administer the State Office of the National Flood Insurance Program and any of the program's responsibilities. Any state-owned property that is located in a nonparticipating local community shall be governed by rules proposed by the Division of Emergency Management.;
On page two, section twenty-b, line twenty-six, by striking out the word "who" and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the word "which";
On page five, section fourteen, line fifteen, by striking out the words "write your own";
And,
On page five, section fourteen, lines fifteen and sixteen, by striking out the words "private flood insurance market" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "private market flood insurance".
