CHAPTER 114 An Act to direct the Department of Medical Assistance Services to issue a Request for Proposal for statewide nonemergency medical transportation services. [S 774] Approved March 1, 2016

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Department of Medical Assistance Services shall issue a Request for Proposal for statewide nonemergency medical transportation services as soon as reliable rate setting is available, in order to enter a new contract by July 1, 2017.
