A BILL to require that one judge of the Second Judicial
Circuit be a resident [ and domiciliary ] of the County of Accomack or
Northampton and preside regularly in the Counties of Accomack and Northampton.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. One judge of the Second Judicial Circuit shall be a resident [ and domiciliary ] of the County of Accomack or Northampton and shall preside regularly in the Counties of Accomack and Northampton.
