12103600D Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 24.2-303.4 as follows: §24.2-303.4. Senate districts. Subject to the provisions of subsections A, B, and C of §24.2-303.3, the following Senate districts shall be comprised as follows: Ninth.
