CHAPTER 123 An Act to repeal §51.5-35.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to obsolete references to the Board for Rights of the Disabled and the Board for the Rights of Virginians with Disabilities. [S 1330] Approved March 16, 2015

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §51.5-35.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
