Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services shall amend the criteria for determining the priority status of individuals on the waiting list for services under the Community Living Waiver to include individuals with developmental disabilities who will exit foster care and require waiver services within one year in the Priority One status.
