HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 427
Commending the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Compassionate Healthcare Network.

WHEREAS, the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Compassionate Healthcare Network, an organization that is dedicated to ensuring every uninsured, low-income individual, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or where they reside, has access to primary care and preventative health care services, celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2023; and

WHEREAS, founded in 2013, the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Compassionate Healthcare Network (ACHN) works in partnership with the All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS) and is hosted at the ADAMS Sully Center in Chantilly; and

WHEREAS, ACHN's comprehensive services are made possible through the devotion and efforts of its community health partners and its network of medical volunteers, which includes primary care physicians, specialists, assistants, and student trainees; and

WHEREAS, with the support of its partners, volunteers, and donors, ACHN provides a wide range of patient services, including primary and eye care, preventative screenings, blood work, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals; and

WHEREAS, the ACHN Clinic and ADAMS, in partnership with various pharmacies and community partners, have facilitated the administration of more than 95,000 COVID-19 vaccines; and

WHEREAS, as part of its mission, ACHN trains students obtaining master's degrees or medical degrees, preparing the next generation of health care professionals; and

WHEREAS, through its commitment to expanding access to high-quality care for those who need it most, ADAMS Compassionate Healthcare Network has helped to make the Northern Virginia Region a healthier and safer place to live, work, and raise a family; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Compassionate Healthcare Network hereby be commended for its legacy of service on the occasion of its 10th anniversary; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Compassionate Healthcare Network as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the initiative's contributions to the Commonwealth.
