13200116D RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That during the 2013 Special Session I of the General Assembly, summoned by proclamation of the Governor on February 23, 2013, upon application by two-thirds of the members elected to each house, to begin immediately upon adjournment sine die of the 2013 Reconvened Regular Session, except with the unanimous consent of the house in which the legislation is offered, no bill, joint resolution, or resolution shall be offered in either house during the special session other than (i) those relating to the election of judges and other officials subject to election by the General Assembly; (ii) those affecting the rules of procedure or schedule of business of the General Assembly, either of its houses, or any of its committees; (iii) commending and memorial joint resolutions or resolutions that have been filed with the appropriate Clerk's office by 3:00 p.m. two days prior to the convening of the special session; or (iv) those confirming appointments subject to the confirmation of the General Assembly. |
