VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 589 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013, relating to transportation commission membership; effective date. [H 957] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 589 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2014 2015.
