VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to temporarily prohibit modifications to the Uniform Statewide Building Code. [H 950] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, neither the Governor nor the Board of Housing and Community Development shall modify any regulation in the Uniform Statewide Building Code (§36-97 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) prior to the conclusion of the Commonwealth's next triennial code development process.
