VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to require the provision of feminine hygiene products at no cost to female prisoners or inmates. [H 83] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The State Board of Corrections shall adopt and implement a standard to ensure the provision of feminine hygiene products to female inmates without charge.

§2. The Director of the Department of Corrections shall adopt and implement a standard to ensure the provision of feminine hygiene products to female prisoners without charge.
