VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to require the Department of Education to update its Voluntary Registration Health and Safety Checklist. [H 358] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. The Department of Education shall update its Voluntary Registration Health and Safety Checklist for any family day home that is voluntarily registered pursuant to §22.1-289.015 of the Code of Virginia to include safe sleep practices.
