VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 111 and the second enactment of Chapter 135 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014, relating to Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Fund; assessment of reclamation tax revenues. [H 2200] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 111 and the second enactment of Chapter 135 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014 are repealed.
