CHAPTER 7 An Act to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 111 and the second enactment of Chapter 135 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014, relating to Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Fund; assessment of reclamation tax revenues. [H 2200] Approved February 13, 2017

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 111 and the second enactment of Chapter 135 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014 are repealed.
