Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Department of Conservation and Recreation (the Department) shall develop recommendations for one or more dedicated sources of funding for the system of state parks in the Commonwealth. Such funding source shall be relatively stable from year to year. In developing its recommendations, the Department may meet with and seek input from stakeholders. The Department shall submit its recommendations to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources, the House Committee on Appropriations, the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources, and the Senate Committee on Finance and Appropriations no later than November 1, 2021.
