A BILL to authorize the Governor to convey the real property held in the name of the board of visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind and Multi-Disabled located in Hampton, Virginia, to Insight Enterprises, Inc.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Governor is authorized to convey, without consideration, the real property consisting of approximately 25 acres, including all buildings and facilities located thereon, now existing and standing in the name of the board of visitors of the Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind and Multi-Disabled at Hampton located in Hampton, Virginia, to Insight Properties, a subsidiary of Insight Enterprises, Inc., for the purpose of providing (i) housing and educational opportunities for disabled youth, (ii) vocational training for disabled youth and adults, and (iii) a technical center for the elderly and disabled.

§ 2. Such conveyance shall be made in a form approved by the Attorney General. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish the conveyance.
