15101428D Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. That §54.1-3929 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows: §54.1-3929. Preservation of examination papers; copies available to applicant. The essay portion of the examination papers shall be kept on file in the office of the secretary and treasurer in Richmond for one year after the examination, after which it may be destroyed. Any applicant who has received a final examination score below the required passing score may obtain one set of copies of the essay questions and one set of copies of his own answers to the essay questions by written request. Such request shall be made no later than 60 days after the Board's notice of exam failure to the applicant. The Board may charge a reasonable fee for such copies. |
