Study; Atlantic menhaden management plan requirements; report. Requests the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to study strategies for implementing new requirements under the amended Interstate Fishery Management Plan for Atlantic Menhaden. The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission is in the process of developing an amendment to the plan that will require states to meet a new fishing mortality threshold.
