Summary

Cemeteries; access when located on private property. Adds to a lessee of private property on which a cemetery is located the duty to provide access. Currently, the duty is on only the owner of such property. The bill also provides that if a locked gate controls entry to a cemetery located on private property, the owner or lessee shall either provide the persons permitted access with a key or ensure that the gate is unlocked as needed to permit such access as required by law.
