Summary

Certain felony convictions. Provides that subsequent to a felony conviction, the court has jurisdiction to amend the conviction, if it is not an act of violence as defined in § 19.2-297.1, to a misdemeanor conviction pursuant to the terms and conditions of a plea agreement contained in a sentencing order upon the court's determination that those terms and conditions have been fulfilled.
