Summary

Real Estate Board; extension of deadline for compliance with education and continuing education requirements. Extends the deadline for compliance with education and continuing education requirements for licensees of the Real Estate Board on active military duty until six months after the licensee’s release from active military duty if (i) the licensee is on active military duty status when the requirement becomes due, and (ii) providing the extension does not constitute a danger to the public health, safety, or welfare.
