Summary

Boiler and pressure vessels; fees for certification. Authorizes the Safety and Health Codes Board to establish all fees required under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act except the fee for an inspection certificate under subsection B of §40.1-51.10, which is set at $30. The measure repeals limitations on the discretion of the Board in setting certain fees.
