Summary
Board for Contractors; prohibited acts; penalties. Provides that any person who undertakes work without any valid Virginia contractor's license or certificate when a license or certificate is required shall also be guilty of a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (ยง 59.1-196 et seq.) provided the violation involves a consumer transaction as defined in the Virginia Consumer Protection Act.
