Summary

State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act and General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; disclosure of certain gifts. Requires disclosure of the receipt of any gift of more than $1,000 within 30 days of acceptance of the gift (i) by candidates for and members of the General Assembly, (ii) by candidates for and holders of the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General, and (iii) by state officers and employees required to file the long form statement of economic interests.
