Summary

State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; disclosure forms. Removes the signature notarization requirement from the Statement of Economic Interests disclosure form filed by certain state and local officers and employees. In addition, the bill clarifies that no person shall be mandated to file any disclosure under the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act unless specifically required by the Act. The bill also makes technical changes.
