Summary

Adaptive Learning Tools Grant Fund established. Establishes the Adaptive Learning Tools Grant Fund for the purpose of establishing a grant program whereby the Department of Education awards grants on a competitive basis to local school divisions that demonstrate the effective use of adaptive learning tools.
