Summary

Elections; candidate qualifications; evidence of qualifications. Provides that candidates shall provide evidence of their qualifications for office to have their names printed on the ballot. The State Board of Elections shall provide a list of acceptable forms of evidence. The bill applies to elections held after December 31, 2011.
