Summary

Workers' Compensation Commission; terms of deputy commissioners. Prohibits any deputy commissioner of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission from serving a term longer than five years unless he is reappointed by the General Assembly. Deputy commissioners who have served longer than five years at the start of the 2013 session will be ineligible to continue to serve unless reappointed during such session.
