Summary

Individual income tax; long-term care insurance tax credit. Doubles the amount of the credit an individual can take for long-term care insurance from 15 percent to 30 percent of the amount of the premium paid for such insurance, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2012. The bill has a reenactment clause.
