Summary

Grand juries. Provides that persons selected as members of grand juries, special grand juries, and multijurisdictional grand juries shall be impartial and that members of special grand juries and multijurisdictional grand juries shall possess indifference in the cause. Procedures to determine a potential juror's qualifications for service on a special grand jury are outlined. The bill allows a person indicted after a special grand jury investigation to move to review, note or duplicate evidence.
