Summary
Membership of Rappahannock River Basin Commission. Reduces the membership of the Commission from 34 to 32 members. The reduction in the number of members is due to redistricting that resulted in the removal of one Senate district and one House of Delegates district from the Basin area. The bill also reduces the number of members that constitute a quorum from 12 to 11.
