Summary

Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act; right to surrender time-share. Gives a time-share owner the right to surrender his time-share and be relieved of any further obligations related to the time-share provided certain conditions specified in the bill are met. The bill provides that the developer shall be under no obligation to pay any maintenance fee, assessment, special assessment, or any other charge however denominated on any time-share surrendered.
