Summary

Transfer of custody of a DUI arrestee. Allows a law-enforcement officer to arrest someone for DUI, underage drinking and driving, or driving on a (DUI) suspended license if the offense is committed in his presence and then to transfer custody to another officer who may obtain the warrant based on statements of the arresting officer. Transfer of custody is currently allowed for "drunk boating" only.
