Summary

Transportation; bonds for specific project. Authorizes the Commonwealth Transportation Board to issue bonds in the principal amount of $550 million to finance the cost of adding an additional lane on both the northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 95 from Dumfries to Massaponax in Spotsylvania County to expand the regular travel lanes (not the HOV lanes).
