A resolution commemorating the 150th anniversaries of the ratification of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, often referred to as the "Second Founding" of the United States. Commemorates the 150th anniversaries of the ratification of the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution. Designates 2015 as the "Sesquicentennial of Our Nation's Second Founding, New Birth of Freedom: Commemorating the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments."
