Provides that certain federal information policy provisions shall not apply to the collection of information during any investigation, audit, inspection, evaluation, or other review conducted by: (1) any federal office of Inspector General; (2) the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency; or (3) the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board.
