Summary

Revises the Federal Communications Commission reporting requirements relating to robocalls and spoofed calls (i.e., falsified caller ID) to provide certain information about the number of complaints, citations, and notices of apparent liability, including the amount of each proposed forfeiture penalty, the person issued such notice, and the status of such forfeiture proceeding.
