Summary

A bill to amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to designate a portion of the Edward T. Breathitt Parkway as Interstate Route I-169. This bill amends the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to designate the Edward T. Breathitt (Pennyrile) Parkway from its intersection with Interstate Route 24 to its intersection with Interstate 69 and the Western Kentucky Parkway as: (1) a high priority corridor on the National Highway System, (2) a segment of the Interstate System, and (3) Interstate Route I-169.
