Summary

Transparency in Federal Spending Act of 2018 This bill requires an executive agency to post a notification on its website if the agency: (1) requests a reprograming of funds, or (2) uses authority to reprogram or transfer funds. If the amount of the request, reprogramming, or transfer is at least $5 million, the agency must also notify each member of the congressional appropriations committees.
