Summary

Amends the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1971 to repeal the authorization to provide former Speakers of the House of Representatives, following expiration of their term, with: (1) a federal furnished office in their congressional district, (2) an allowance equal to the "Members' Representational Allowance" for such office and other related expenses, (3) franked mail and printing privileges, and (4) the availability of the contingent fund of the House for compensation of staff assistance.
