Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to provide for the duty-free treatment of certain DVD camcorder readers and writers. Directs the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, upon proper request, to provide for the retroactive liquidation or reliquidation of such entries.
