Summary
Black Hills National Cemetery Boundary Expansion Act This bill transfers administrative jurisdiction over specified Bureau of Land Management land within Meade County, South Dakota, from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Veterans Affairs for inclusion in the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, South Dakota. Upon transfer, the Cemetery's boundary is modified to include such land.
