Summary

Providing for consideration of the bill (H.B. 527) to amend chapter 6 of title 5, United States Code (commonly known as the Regulatory Flexibility Act), to ensure complete analysis of potential impacts on small entities of rules, and for other purposes, and providing for consideration of the bill (H.B. 50) to provide for additional safeguards with respect to imposing Federal mandates, and for other purposes.
