Providing for the attendance of the House at the Inaugural Ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States. Requires the House of Representatives to: (1) proceed to the West Front of the Capitol at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017, to attend the inaugural ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States; and (2) adjourn upon the conclusion of the ceremonies until noon on Monday, January 23, 2017.
