Summary
This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.B. 986 (Protecting Americans with Preexisting Conditions Act of 2019) and H.B. 2157 (Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2019).
Title
Providing for consideration of the bill (H.B. 986) to provide that certain guidance related to waivers for State innovation under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act shall have no force or effect, and providing for consideration of the bill (H.B. 2157) making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes.
