Summary
To require the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, and the Electric Reliability Organization to jointly submit to Congress the results of a study on the need for, and feasibility of, establishing or modifying a reliability standard to ensure the reliable operation of thermoelectric power plants during droughts, and for other purposes.
