Summary
To provide that certain project works on the St. Croix River, Maine, are not required to be licensed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This bill provides that the Vanceboro Dam Storage Project, West Branch Project, and Forest City Project, all located on the St. Croix River in Maine, are not required to be licensed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
