Summary
Designates a flag as the Purple Heart Flag (which recognizes soldiers wounded during hostilities) and requires that it be displayed in a manner visible to the public. The Flag shall be displayed on Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, National POW/MIA Recognition Day, and Veterans Day in the following locations: the World War II Memorial; the Korean War Veterans Memorial; the Vietnam Veterans Memorial; each national cemetery; the buildings containing the official offices of the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and the Director of the Selective Service System; and each medical center of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
